I walk on my treadmill daily and it gets a little bit boring staring out the window so.......I decided to try to find something to hold my Kindle. I looked at many similar products and this one suited my space perfectly. The ones that attach to the treadmill would force me to be constantly looking down to read. This one allows me to stand up straight so my shoulders are not rounded over and I position the Kindle directly in front of my face at eye level. The base is heavy yet flat so it slipped easily under my treadmill. I also wanted it to be portable so I could take it with me when I travel and this breaks down into small enough sections to make it portable enough for my needs. Read more

Surprisingly great product. Took off one star because of not having a lot of weight in the base so it can teeter over depending on the angle of the arm and weight of the tablet. This is to be expected though for the price. Good for in a pinch! Read more

This is my 3rd version of this type of stand, and it is by far the best one. Perfect for locking the exact angle without the weight of my iPad Pro 12.9in causing it to slip over time. Great price and easy to put together. Read more

I loved this thing BUT…I’ve had it 9 months, next to the bed, so it doesn’t get moved. The way it’s made, it puts a lot of the weight of your suspended item, on the plastic joint. I have an 11” iPad. The plastic joint is short and cracked because it needs to be longer down into the next tube. The pressure clip that allows you to raise and lower it, cracked as well. Amazon gave me a partial refund because they only guarantee it for 6 mos. Read more

This is a great stand that I've been using in my master bedroom for both a chair I have in the room as well as when sitting in bed. It's not super heavy, but the base provides enough weight to prevent the stand from tipping over. A lot of it is made of some sort of plastic, but it's surprisingly sturdy and the components (latches and screw like tighteners) that allow you tighten the joints works perfectly without having to overtighten them (which avoids damage and eventual failure). To move each of the two arm sections at the top which allow you to adjust the angle that your device to held at, you simply have to push in the grey disc to allow the arm to move up. There aren't infinite numbers of positions, but there are more than enough preset points where the arms click and lock into place. The clamp that hold your device is big enough to hold a phone or a small/medium sized tablet (check your dimensions) securely. It's spring loaded and it holds tight. I have a case with a bit more depth to it than the minimalistic cases and it has no issue holding my phone in my case. I think it would also fit my Kindle Oasis, though I haven't used it with this stand yet. Finally, when this is not in use, it can be adjusted to maintain a narrow profile and you can drop the height to A minimum and it takes up only a tiny bit of space and it pretty innocuous, especially when it's housed up against a white wall. I would buy this again and I recommend it to anyone looking for a stand like this. Read more
