It’s more for professional use at a dentist office. I got these for 2 reasons. 1. Teeth whitening. I use the small one to help with my teeth whitening Gel. I use strips and sometimes gel and it's easier with this mouth guard with the gel. 2. Shout out game. I got these as replacements for mouth pieces for the game. They would great and the same but have some flex in them which makes it easier. The one thing I like and dislike at the same time is the plastic used t make them. I feel like the plastic is flimesy and will break with too much pressure but then on the other hand I like that it does have the flex. All in all i'd order again. I can recommend this product. My orthodontist uses similar device and I was looking to get something same or similar. It does work. Like the fact that it comes in 3 sizes. It is easy to clean. However, plastic that is made of is very hard so I can almost feel it scratching my teeth. It also doesn’t have any give while placing in mouth. Unfortunately can be used for short periods but not anything longer than few minutes, and it is definitely not the same or similar to the one my orthodontist uses. Read more

These dental cheek retractors work okay. I disliked the feeling wearing these as they did not sit well in my mouth. From a functionality perspective, they work alright and are good with the couple of sizes. Not for me, but may be for you. Read more
