Great battery while it lasted. Received it 01-26-2024 Installed in my riding mower about a week later in the beginning of February. Don't mow much in Winter, used the mower once in March, sat in my garage until Mid April, Decided it was time to use the mower in April. Worked great until today, June 9 2024 Started the mower in AM, Went to lunch returned an hour later. DEAD. Had to put in the old Mighty Max battery. Which by the way I used it for 3 years. For the amount this thing cost I could have bought 3 batteries for the mower. Note: these batteries are strange just before I was ready to drop it in the trash, I decided to check the voltage. It had regained all of its former power. There must be a system built into the battery to shut it down completely if overloaded. As many other reviewers have said, this battery arrived completely dead. I tried reviving it with a no code genius charger on the lithium setting, and the charger would not recognize the battery. I then connected a good battery in parallel with this charge circuit and the charger Began charging on the lithium setting. I did this for 30 minutes, and when I disconnected the good battery. The genius charger immediately stopped charging and went into standby mode. The Noco battery still had no continuity between the terminals and was flat dead. That's when I saw the date code on the bottom. Unbelievable! April 2021. Had I saw that upon opening, I would not have wasted time attempting to charge / reset BMS protections!!!! PROS, strong battery, super light weight compact size, good battery chemistry choice. Safe. It’s really strong I feel like it definitely has the stated CCA, cold cranking amps. The battery is way smaller and lighter than a comparable lead acid old fashion chemistry with the same CCA. The chemistry is lifepo4 if you don’t know, that is one of the longest lasting battery chemistry in terms of cycle and shelf life. Based on the battery chemistry it should last more than 10 years. Safe no acid. CONS, pricey, low capacity, bms complexity. The disadvantage is the capacity and cost. If you were to buy a comparable lead acid it would cost 1/2 as much and have 2-3 times the capacity. Normally you are fine if you don’t run your vehicle with accessories on only. Bms complexity, what if the bms goes bad and the battery is fine. No way to fix it yourself but in theory it should be fine if the battery is topped off and not neglected or abused by overcurrent for an extend amount of time. Definitely a great battery would recommend, in my opinion it should last definitely 3 times as long as a lead acid battery. Read more

This product was listed as not compatible with my bike but I took a chance based on some reading that other people had used it as a replacement for their KTM 390s. Be careful to note positive and negative terminals are correctly aligned which in my case required me to put the battery on its side (which is the same orientation as the original battery). Once you have done that correctly the size of the battery and terminal location was spot on and the battery was installed in minutes. I will note that the positive side battery lead has a small bend in it that did not sit correctly on the battery terminal but I just tightened the bolt down to get a good connection and it seems fine. If you look at the picture carefully you can see what I am talking about. I did not weigh the two batteries but I can tell you from holding them both that this battery is much lighter then the stock lead battery. The physical size was very similar to the stock battery using one of the spacers that came with it and the connection points are perfect. The bike starts and runs just like it did previously. I have not had the battery long so I cannot speak to its longevity but I am impressed with the overall look and feel of it and it certainly appears to be a quality product. I will come back and adjust this review if I run into any issues but after a few 1-2hr rides everything seems to be good. Read more

This battery works well with my Cub Cadet XT2. Battery is much smaller than the stock one - had to find a way to secure it properly. After doing some reading and learning these batteries cannot get too low on volts - I also purchased the basic NOCO battery tender. I would recommend anyone purchasing this battery also gets the tender for Lith-ion batteries. I am a little annoyed about this but should have done my research first. Read more
