Strong magnets, weak results — sadly painful in a not fun way
For the price, I’m not really surprised they didn’t work well for me or my partner — guess they’ll just become a new fidget toy since there’s no refund option. On their own, they do seem like strong magnets. They have some weight to them and, straight out of the box, look like decent quality. As far as real-world usability for body placement? Not so much. They need to be lined up very precisely to connect through skin, and if they’re even slightly off, they slip easily and pinch — which, depending on placement and pain tolerance, can be incredibly painful. On the rare occasion we got them to connect properly, I couldn’t feel anything of significance, which was pretty disappointing. That said, I have a high tolerance, so take that as you will. They also don’t stay on with movement, despite what another reviewer mentioned. Trying to use multiple pieces to increase sensation didn’t help. Because alignment has to be so precise, they tend to connect around the area instead of through it, which leads to slipping or more painful pinching. If you try using all of them, they naturally form a circle that ends up being too large for typical female placement and too small for typical male placement. We also tried male placement with just two and I strongly don’t recommend a Prince Albert-style positioning — that attempt pinched so badly my partner has officially retired from further testing. Fair. There is one other area I’m still curious to try, but I suspect if it does work, the outer coating may not hold up long-term in that spot. If I have better results and they survive the experiment, I’ll update my rating. Read more
