Really nifty little gym bag that will fit into almost any gym locker
This is a nifty little mini gym bag, perfect for use with small day-use gym lockers, like the half-size ones at Planet Fitness or other commercial gyms. While there is no room in these tiny lockers for a standard 30-40 liter gym bag and anything else, this baby bag slides in perfectly, leaving room for cold-weather winter coats or parkas and head gear above it. There is enough room inside for a small standard bath towel, some gym clothes or fresh after-shower street clothes, and workout gloves, wrist wraps or wrist hooks, and fresh after-shower underwear and socks. There is a mesh pocket inside for a bar-soap travel holder, deodorant, travel size shampoo, etc. Zippered pockets on each side provide more secure but easily accessible storage for wallets, phones, combination lock, keys, etc. An open half-high pocket on each end provides a sit-in carrier for a water bottle and/or Gatorade, or a place to put used underwear after you shower. Two handles join in a velcroed sleeve for comfortable hand carry, and a shoulder strap is provided, that clips onto loops at each end, and completes the features that you normally would have to buy a much larger bag to get. The body of the bag is made of the typical fairly heavy nylon canvas material, with a double-pull nylon zipper that closes the top. I find it handy to roll up my damp towel and carry it on top of the bag on this zipper, but under the hand carry straps, where it seems to fit nicely with no tendency to fall off, without dampening any clothing stored inside. Whoever designed this bag must have been a regular gym rat, because everything you need is provided, but nothing more than that, to keep it small. IF you want to carry a separate pair of gym shoes to supplement your street shoes, you will have to look to a significantly larger bag with a shoe garage, which may be too large to fit into smallish gym lockers, but if you walk in wearing your workout shoes like I do, this bag will do the trick for you. Well made and worth every one of the only $13 that I paid for it. Recommended. Read more
