These are great! They seem to run a little big, I definitely could've gone down a size, but they are comfortable and stay securely up. The elastic waistband does not have a drawstring on the inside. I'm fairly tall (6'1") and the inseam length, before any alterations, is perfect when worn at the natural waist but way too long when worn at the hips (I've seen these styled both ways).
