They give a nice padding. Being able to cut them to fit the area is nice, but because they are spongy, the are difficult to get a straight clean cut. I’ve used them in closets, workshops, and sheds and they make cleaning up very easy. My feet are 80 years old, and hard floors don’t feel good with bare feet, but these are very comfortable. A MUST for a home gym!
We have had these pads for over a year. They are not the easiest to clean, but we can mop them. This makes it more comfortable to workout. Our large gym sits on it, and makes our gym more functional. You can easily assembly them, and they fit in tight places. Read more
