Gloves are average, fit somewhat large for stated size, leather is sufficient, but not thick enough to hold up to harsh treatment. These are not compatible with high speed sports and the abrasion protection is minimal. PROS: The gloves are above average comfortable, with a small amount of internal seaming that is annoying at first but softens quickly. The gloves provide good airflow. The touch capability works great, as I was able to touch and to expand and shrink windows on my iPhone 15 easily. PROS: The wrist band is a huge PRO, in that it is long enough for the largest of wrists and holds as tight as you'd ever want (if you pull it tight) Color choices and quality of colors available are nice. The FDE I tested are absolutely FDE. CONS: The nice long wrist band is sewn too close to the edge of the glove, causing any movement of the underlying glove fabric to allow the stiff wristband to now chaff at your skin, quickly because the strap is rugged material. One (left glove) has the wristband sewn poorly, so it is always in contact with skin under the band, leading to that glove being uncomfortable. Lastly, the wrist bands are sewn in a couple spots and that allows bunching of the fabric beneath the band, adding to the comfort issue. This may be adjustable if purchasing gloves a little tighter than true size...Large instead of an X-Large. Summary: The gloves are 'OK', and definitely in the price point they're being sold at. DO wear them for nonabrasive functions. DO use your touchscreen. DON'T wear them for high speed sports protection. (Though cutting the grass and other general work efforts using them will be fine.)
