Usually, my skin feels tight and dry right after a shower, and I have to reach for body lotion immediately. With this product, my skin stays so soft and hydrated that I don't even need to apply lotion. It has also significantly helped with my skin itchiness. The scent is fresh and subtle—not overpowering at all—which makes the whole shower experience feel so refreshing. I use Korean skincare almost exclusively on my face, so it felt inevitable that I’d eventually wander into Korean body care too. Turns out, this was a very good decision. This body wash is seriously moisturizing, and the ingredient list backs that up. Glycerin is high on the list, and it includes panthenol, ceramide NP, and sodium hyaluronate, so it’s doing all the right things for hydration and barrier support. What really sold me though is that this has no scent to my nose, none. That’s a huge win for me because I’ve spent a small fortune curating body lotions, oils, and mists that all play nicely together. This lets me keep that routine without anything clashing. The lather is creamy and silky, and it rinses clean with zero residue. My skin feels soft, hydrated, and comfortable, not tight or stripped. I still use lotion after, but there have definitely been moments where I’ve wondered if I actually need to. As far as deodorizing claims go, I’m not brave enough to test that theory. I go to the gym and work around other humans, so I’m sticking with actual deodorant. That said, my skin smells clean when I step out of the shower, and that’s all I really need. Unexpected bonus, this works really well for shaving. I’ve had fewer bumps and less irritation using this on my legs, which was a nice surprise. The bottle is huge, and a little goes a long way, so this feels like a great value for the quality you’re getting. I don’t think I’m experiencing any age related odor but I’d rather not find out the hard way! Haha. I do notice post menopause that my hormones do influence changes in my skin and how I react to products. So having something gentle that’s formulated for mature skin definitely isn’t a bad thing. It lathers well, left me feeling clean and had a very light fresh scent. My skin felt soft and not tight or itchy at all afterwards, which is great as I often react to body wash. I will say, I haven’t used deodorant today and I don’t feel like I need it! So maybe that’s the odor neutralizing formula at work. Might actually pass this to the tweenage athletes in our house. For the money I would say it’s higher end but worth it. You don’t need to use much and it’s a huge bottle so it will last a long time. The iridescent print in the label is cool and the pump works better than any pump I’ve ever used on another bath product which is also a bonus! Editing to add- it’s been over a week since I started using this body wash daily. I haven’t used deodorant AT ALL and haven’t needed it. This body wash has a nice scent and rinses away very well. No lingering oily or sticky skin after using. I can't notice any skin improvements yet. The bottle size is decent at 18.59 fl oz. There is a pump so you can use as much or as little as you want. This is definitely what I would call a boutique body wash, but it seems to be high quality.
