The packaging is very flattering! It’s clean and sleek but more importantly it works! After the first use I could tell a difference and was shocked when I took the mouthpiece out and smiled! I bought the his and her pack for my husband for Christmas. He’s used his 3 times and I’ve used mine 4 times. We both did 30 minutes each time. I would say we’re both a couple of shades lighter already. I have noticed a little sensitivity, but not enough to stop using it. He has had none. The one negative I’ve found is the one gel is hard to control coming out. You can’t make it come out evenly. Sometimes it just comes out in a big blob, which makes you use more than you need and since the refills aren’t cheap, it’s a little annoying. Overall though, am very satisfied with the results.
