I love this powder sprayer! I use it for dry shampoo, because I've been trying to steer away from using aerosol cans. Which is what I used to use, but they're really harsh on the environment so I've been trying to find other alternatives. Luckily I found a powder dry shampoo that I really like, but I needed to find a way to distribute the powder better and more evenly, because dumping it out of the bottle onto my hair, just wasn't working the way I wanted it to. That being said, this little thing works perfectly! I got a set of other power spray bottles, to see which would work the best, and they don't work the way I had hoped. I bought this set of two powder dispensers to use to apply a light mist of cinnamon on the surface of my indoor plants’ soil - useful in combatting fungus gnats from returning to soil to lay eggs. For cinnamon, it doesn’t work well. It seems that cinnamon clumps and clogs the nozzle easily … However, when used with baking soda for a different application, this dispenser works GREAT! The powder is dispersed easily and does not clog the nozzle. When filling, it’s helpful to use a small funnel to fill the chamber and don’t overfill - need room for air to push the powder through.
