Each piece is absolutely beautiful. They all have tiny imperfections (a spec of errant black glass on one of the cups for example, barely noticeable) but that just shows the uniqueness of blowing the glass by hand instead of having a machine make them. They are a little heavier than I anticipated but the heaviness is due to the glass being thick and relatively large which makes them fairly durable. I accidentally dropped one on a non carpeted floor but it didn't even chip. I love there cups. They would make a great addition to your home or a wonderful gift. Well worth the price. Read more

I love the workmanship on these glasses. They are heavy, even when empty but that makes them very sturdy. Each one is unique. Mine are much more orange-red than true orange. I would have really loved them to be the same color as the picture but I kept them because they are still really beautiful. I hand wash mine although I believe that they are top rack dishwasher safe. I looked for a long time to find just the right glasses. These cost more than I really wanted to spend but they are lovely pieces of art so I went for a dozen. I am very disappointed to report that 3 of them have cracked in the 6 months since I purchased them. I found the first crack as I was drinking from one and could see the fracture as I held it up to the sunlight. The second cracked when my husband put ice in the glass and poured in the liquid. It just fell apart. Huge mess. I’m just glad someone wasn’t holding it when it went. The 3rd just broke a bit ago as I was about to wash the dishes. I poured skin friendly hot water into the dish pan and I heard it snap and crack. The glass had been sitting at room temp before putting it into the sink. I put my hand in the water and it was a comfortable temperature on my skin. Now I am hesitant to use them. Makes me sad because they are beautiful. Read more

This color and the weight and sturdiness of these glasses made them worth every cent. I was trying to get a color that looked good in mom's new house and this was perfect. Mom had been refusing to buy new glassware and was down to a 30 year old tupperware cup, and a bunch of give-away cups by the time she found the house she was looking for.
