I'm fond of Now supplements as they have good quality and very fair pricing. This vitamin c is no exception. You get 1,000mg per capsule and that's a good dose. Much more than that can cause stomach issues if taken at once, so this is about as much as I'd take in one serving. Will help your immune system stay strong through the cold and flu season. Pill is large but easy to swallow. I end up taking a handful of vitamins at once and this goes down easy.
