I'm fond of Now supplements as they have good quality and very fair pricing. This vitamin c is no exception. You get 1,000mg per capsule and that's a good dose. Much more than that can cause stomach issues if taken at once, so this is about as much as I'd take in one serving. The caps are easy to swallow and give me a fairly high dose of C without bothering my stomach. Read more
I’ve been on a vitamin kick and I take these every day. It’s got a massive size so the bottle literally will last you forever, taking this every day will keep you from getting sick. Will help your immune system stay strong through the cold and flu season. Pill is large but easy to swallow. I end up taking a handful of vitamins at once and this goes down easy.
