NOW Naturally Buffered C is Gentle on Sensitive Digestive Systems!!
This is one of the best buffered C products. It doesn't have all the additives that many do (especially the one in the brown glass bottle!). It also works great, is reasonably priced and doesn't affect gut health. I would highly recommend!! Read more

I really like this NOW Foods Vitamin C-500. It’s made with calcium ascorbate, which means the vitamin C is combined with calcium to make it less acidic and easier on the stomach. That’s important for me because some vitamin C supplements can be too harsh — this one feels totally fine, even on an empty stomach. Each capsule has 500 mg, which is a good amount. Your body can only absorb so much at once, so no need for super high doses. This gives you a nice, steady boost. I try to get most of my vitamin C from real food — things like kiwi, bell peppers, and citrus — but let’s be honest, I don’t always eat perfectly. That’s where this comes in handy.
