I am very happy with this purchase. I wasn't sure if I needed all three at the beginning. But I found I could use them at different parts of the body to get the knots out. Love it. I use the two smallest point heads for my ears and the back of my ears. I discovered I had very sore points in my ear which I was not able to detect with Q tips. I worked on my ears for 3 days and the pain is gradually subsiding. ( In the Chinese meridian way: when it hurts, it means it is blocked. It is cleared if it does not hurt). I keep one in the bathroom and one next to my bed for when I watch TV before bed, I am able to massage my ears with one. I use the largest point head for my shoulder blade area where I have chronic pain. It really helps. It doesn't really do anything where there is no pain. It only works if you have pain and it is such a relief when pressed hard. The gold one is spring-loaded, all three pens have a very solid feel and I feel they will last a lifetime. They also came with two diagrams showing the reflection points of the body in the ears. The only thing is it is all in Chinese. You need to know Chinese to read it. But one can google and find a mapping diagram easily. All in all, I would say, definitely a very good buy. It would have been nicer if it came with a small bag to keep everything together but I am not complaining as it is very good value as it is. I will find a small bag to keep them safe. Read more
