I have been using this lotion since I discovered it about 10 years ago in Whole Foods. The formula used to be thinner, so it was easier to get out of the bottle. I love that it is thicker, and it moisturizes my skin perfectly. BUT, now that it is so thick, it doesn't come out of the bottle after you use about half. I have tried everything, leaving the bottle upside down, warming it, shaking it etc, and nothing works. I finally cut the bottle in half and scooped it out into a jar. I will continue to order, I'm a lifer, and it's totally worth the extra effort. It is a truly great lotion with a beautiful scent, and I love supporting this founded in Harlem, black-owned business. But please consider a glass, wide-mouthed jar instead of a bottle! Read more

Flew to America and saw my husband with this item and I had to fly back home with it inside my luggage. I have very dry skin, especially my feet and legs. I've tried just about every lotion and cream out there, spent more money than I care to admit and none of the stuff worked and I ended up either giving it away or throwing it out. It's super rich and creamy and the first time I used it my skin turned supple for the first time since I can remember! Plus the scent is absolutely heavenly!
