I paid nearly $180 for a headset from a noted brand. The mic went out in less than a year. I purchased these on a whim, and I have to say they are standing the test for a lot less money. The ear pads are very soft making the headset very comfortable and they have a nice sound quality. My friends say the mic is loud and clear with no muffled sounds. I absolutely love these headphones. I really wanted a pair of wired ones so that I don't have to worry about a Bluetooth connection or the battery running out.
