I got this hoping it would be an easy bath toy solution, but it ended up not being the best fit for our space. As far as I can tell, it doesn’t come with any way to hang it, so it’s meant to sit on the floor. That’s probably great if you have a larger shower or plenty of bathroom floor space. The caddy itself is nice quality and holds a lot of toys, and I like that everything can drip dry instead of sitting in a puddle. It’s easy to scoop toys up after bath time, and my daughter actually enjoys helping with that part. The problem for us is purely size and layout. We have a pretty tiny bathroom, and this takes up more floor space than I expected, so it constantly feels in the way. If you have a roomy bathroom or a walk-in shower, I can see this working really well! In a smaller bathroom like ours, it just feels a bit bulky to keep out all the time. The media could not be loaded. Honestly fantastic product, only two issues i have are minor (and one is just kind of petty). It does exactly what its made for, which is scooping toys out of the tub at the end of the bath, we've gone through a number of different "bath toy collection and storage" items, and they were all lacking, either too small, too flimsy, weak suction cups causing middle of the night outrageously loud toy collapses when they lose their grip. This product seems to address basically all those issues and annoyances, its sturdy enough not to flex and deform under the weight of way too many toys, big enough to contain that same ridiculous amount of toys, without being so big as to be unnecessarily bulky. And the suction cups dont fail because it doesn't have any, which is one of my two minor complaints. Without suction cups this needs to sit on a flat surface, and if the tub is full of water, that likely means it will need to have a resting place somewhere outside of the tub itself. The base of the scooper has a surprisingly large basin for residual water to drain into, the video below shows the only real test of the product I could think of, where i was able to pour a total of 6 cups of water into a toy filled bin before it started to leak out. Realistically I think you'd have to go out of your way to cause it to overflow. The bottom of the basin has four feet, which are lightly textured, but not so much as to keep it from sliding around with little effort, but this might be intentional, as "grippy" feet may make it more likely to spill when bumped, as opposed to just sliding out of the way. The second petty complaint I have is with the adhesive they used for the label stickers holding the two pieces together, the label and adhesive are of the type that are impossible to remove without leaving little scraps of label all over that you then need to pick at for half an hour before ultimately giving up and saying "good enough" I,ve never seen the point, but I dont think its enough to take a star off. TL:DR Great product for scooping toys out of the tub quickly and easily after the kids take a bath, only complaints are minor, and dont really detract from the product, more personal preference. I got this because I needed additional bath toy storage space! I already had a bath toy container from Oxo that looks almost identical to this Nuby one in both design and size so this was great! The stickers on both the front and back of the container was a bit tedious to take off but I did manage to in the end. The holes in the container is great for airing out bath toys thus preventing mold from developing! I also like how the bottom gray piece is detachable if there's excess water from the toys draining. If needed, both the bottom tray and the container itself is very easy to clean. The colors white and gray are very modern and will go with any bathroom decor. The handle part is rubbery and the entire organizer feels very sturdy. The only con is it is a bit on the smaller side so if you have bigger toys (ie I have a Green Toys water plane that definitely does not fit), then I would not recommend this caddy so take note of the measurements prior to purchase. It's much larger and spacious than the photos had me believe. I thought I'd use it as a scoop to transfer toys to a larger storage box or something, but it's big enough to fit all the bath toys (as long as you have a reasonable amount of toys). The white basket has holes everywhere including the bottom, and the gray drip catcher can keep the water from dripping everywhere if needed. It's convenient that you can just run the basket through the tub and get all the toys at once. But I am going to knock 1 star off for the stickers, since they were a real pain to peel off, and definitely NOT frustration-free, which I believe is an important part of the customer experience. The stickers had absolutely no business being so sticky, especially since the bottom and the top arrived held together by a zip tie anyways. This is a great product and stands out from others on the market. It’s important to note that this is just a caddy—it does not hook or suction to the bathroom wall—so it will take up space on the bathroom floor or in the bathtub. I really love the draining design, which helps prevent dirt and mold from collecting in the bottom like with traditional toy buckets. As with other Nuby products I’ve used, this feels solid and durable. I do wish it were just a bit larger, but overall it’s a well-made and practical solution for bath toy storage. Read more
