I am a walker, and weight -- that is, as little weight as possible -- is everything. This little backpack (though I wear it front-ways) is perfect when you don't need a full backpack for your stuff. The front pouch is waterproof, and handy keys, phone, etc. The main mesh part is plenty big enough for a small order of groceries or a few books.
