I HAVE to HAVE a trackball. Everything I do, I tend to stick to for years and have used a trackball since finally giving up my Mouse Systems serial port mouse (G-d, I loved that thing). But my most recent trackballs, and since my old mouse, have been Logitech (about 4) trackballs. I had few problems with them other than weird driver conflicts. But they have just gotten too expensive for me. So I tried this Nulea trackball. I love it. No nonsense, worked in seconds after slapping in the usb plug, and most wonderful is that it is rechargeable.I love rechargeable everything and death to batteries! Operation and functionality is similar to others including my former pointing devices, and just as good if not better at a better price. Materials are every bit as good. It is very responsive, and has two speeds. Funny. I have accidentally hit the high res setting button while using the scroll wheel and thought I was having some senior hand issue. Nah, switch back the res. ;-) So you can adjust the accuracy of the cursor. It is as easy to use as the more expensive balls if not more so. Hope this one lasts for years! And guess what else it almost worn out--my keyboard, and Nulea has a nice one of those too. Read more

---update 11/23/24 after using for a month the mouse battery life is great, very happy with the trackball performance, speed, and for the price of it I'm very, very happy with my choice. Coming from the Logitech m570 which finally needed to be replaced due to the left click failing after about 3 or 4 years of me having it and coming second hand from a co-worker, and not really liking the pricing of the newer Logitech line I was pleasantly surprised when this popped up as suggested, I used it for both gaming such as shooters, action, RTS's and casual computer use. It has almost the same shape, size wise it feels a bit larger than the logi, the body is light a matte gray which is kinda cool with the blue trackball, the body has a textured feel to it as well, the mouse has adjustable dpi which feels really nice as by default it was too slow for my liking, the ball has a very nice, smooth and responsive operation to it almost a bit slippery but its new so I'm not knocking that, seems to be accurate so far when I am gaming. I was going between this and the elecom ex-g as it was close in price but looks too small for me personally so far I'm not disappointed with my choice, I have also used the pro arc RGB trackball (2nd gen I think) sadly it took one fall off my desk(onto a carpeted floor)when moving stuff around and broke so durability wise that one is not up to snuff. I will hopefully remember to update this in a few months use to give more feedback for other buyers that may be leery of its price point. Read more

Carpel Tunnel System meets its match with trackballs...! Uses your thumb instead of your wrist. Discomfort in wrist stopped after 2 days using this. Does take a day or two to get used to if you use a mouse now. No mouse pad needed! Surface texture doesn't affect its use because you don't move it, you only move the little ball in it, with your thumb Excellent quality, battery lasts a long time.... Will never go back to a mouse again! Try it! Read more

Had to replace style of ball location for ergonomic reasons. Purchased the Nulea version with ball on top. Seems as good as the more expensive Logitech. Competition works. Read more

There are a lot of reasons to like this device. The feel is nice and comfy and the size works well for my palm. The trackball rolls a little too smoothly at first but it is easy to get used to. Being able to set the connection type (through the USB cable, Bluetooth and USB dongle which came with the mouse) is a great touch as I value giving options to the user when possible. However, and even though this is already addressed in other reviews, and that is the automatic sleep setting it has which puts the device to sleep after 30 minutes. That in itself is not a bad thing but it is very annoying that the only way you can wake the device is clicking the left or right mouse button which usually ends up selecting something on the screen. There should be some software to download to control what turns it back on or even if it turns off since it is rechargeable. If not that, then they should allow a setting via button or switch on the mouse to change this behavior or allow it to not go into sleep mode if plugged in to the PC. Update: I am updating my review to 5 stars due to the excellent service support that followed my purchase of their product and their emphasis on my full satisfaction. I am extremely glad that they reached out to me to discuss and address my concerns about the product. Read more

I own many of the original thumb track mouse as good as they are this is a step up; the finish is an upgrade a slight rubber texture feels good to the touch, love the super fast bluetooth connection or you can use the usb dongle that comes with it. I enjoy the Bluetooth connection with iPad much more efficient than using fingers/ screen touch also replaced some of the other thumb track mouse on PC. Read more

Nice trackball, but a bit big for my small hands. It connects without any issues, unlike previous bluetoom trackballs. if you have small hands you might want to look elsewhere, but it's a good mouse.. Read more
