We love this rug. I was concerned about washing it, but it washes like a dream. I take it out of the washer after double spinning and then put it out on the patio table to dry. I put fabric softener in the final rinse. I want it to dry fluffy so I take a kitchen brush and brush all the nap up. I brush it several times during the drying processes. It looks fabulous in my bathroom, it feels wonderful under our feet, as we exit the shower. It does not shed or smell, it is absorbent but not really necessary. My robot vacuum does not do well as to the long nap. My battery vacuum does just fine. Read more
Softest rug I’ve ever felt under my feet. Genuinely. I got a smaller rug (3’9x6 feet) so it’s easy to pick up and shake out. Never tried to use a vacuum on it, but it’s thick and soft fabric so not sure how it would hold up to a vacuum. Also never tried to wash it, but I would imagine not to dry it in the dryer since the “fur” is so soft it might get matted. Can’t speak on the ease of keep up if you get a bigger one, but the one I got is very soft, very sturdy, has held up well over a year so far, and is my kid’s favorite “cozy rug”. Worth it to me! When it comes to things I’ve purchased on Amazon, or anywhere for that matter, this is by far one of my favorites. It’s exactly what I was wanting for our mountain industrial style home with the faux rabbit feeling rug, the color was exactly what I was hoping for to contrast the wood floors, it wipes crumbs off instead of getting trapped in the fibers, it shakes out easily if there are tons of little things like dirt in it, when washed, it looks and functions exactly the way it did new, it doesn’t slide or move, it’s fun and soft to walk on, it came out of the box and laid flat and didn’t have any smells or odor. It checks all the boxes. I bought more for my bathroom and laundry room in different colors. This was an amazing rug! Best value for money and met my needs as I had hoped for! Love it! Read more
This rug is beautifully soft. My daughters and I loved the cozy texture and the subtle pattern that added a calming touch to their shared bedroom. I ordered it to help create defined personal spaces for each of them, and visually, it was perfect. Unfortunately, the rug didn’t work out for our specific setup. We have wall-to-wall carpet in their room, and I wasn’t able to use a rug pad underneath to keep it in place. Without that extra grip, it shifted around far too easily and became a slipping hazard. If we had hardwood or tile, I likely would have kept it. The quality felt great, and I’d still recommend it for lower-traffic areas or rooms with hard flooring. Just keep in mind that it may not stay in place if you’re layering it over carpet, especially in a child’s room. Read more
I was very skeptical about getting this rug, worried about it being too thin, however this has been the perfect living room rug. With two dogs, two kids and two adults, the living room and the rug sees a lot of use. This rug lays flat, doesn't slide on the floor, has stayed soft, and cleans easily. It is comfortable to walk on or lay on. It can be a bit slippery with socks on, but not annoyingly so. The fibers have stayed straight and are still like new after a month of use, and no sign of matting. I've had many rugs over the years here, some not lasting a year. I feel confident that this one will outlast all of them. Its easy to vacuum and keep clean, and the material seems to repel instead of absorb. Read more
I use this rug in the bathroom. It’s perfect. It came wrapped well and upon opening, it it had no smell or offgassing.It reaches in front of the sink cabinets beyond the shower in front of the toilet. I washed it immediately in cold water. No shrinkage no loss of color and no loss of fabric.It took a while to dry it. It’s fluffy. It didn’t lose any pieces while washing it or drying, I bought the gray white And it looks great. Beautiful rug and excellent quality. This rug feels incredibly soft underfoot, lays flat, and had no smell when I opened it up out of it's packaging. My robot vacuum also has no issues getting on and off of the rug. The robovac does move much slower over the rug because of how densely packed the fibers are, but it still makes its way across and gets it clean. This was an excellent purchase and I'm very pleased with the quality and value of this product. The only thing that could have been better was the packaging. Update: I loved this rug, but it can't be washed. It's "washable" but too large and fluffy for any washer. The manufacturer will not help resolve this issue. I wasn't sure about the bubble part of this rug, but it gives it some good appeal, particularly around the edges (makes it look kind of scalloped). The taupe color is BEAUTIFUL. It matches my greige walls well. The rug is suuuuper comfy and soft and fluffy. It doesn't need a rug pad, but I added one for extra fluff, and it's amazing like a cloud. The rug also stays in place (this includes my matching runner that doesn't have a separate pad--I love that a coordinating runner is available). The rug is supposed to feel like faux rabbit fur.
