FINALLY! These rugs look good in my bedroom, like they belong there instead of in the bathroom. They are machine washable without matting, are soft with a nice gentle sheen, and don't require a gummy non-slip pad under them because they are non slip all on their own. It feels plush on my bare feet in the morning when I get out of bed. BEST of ALL doesn't get into any disagreements with my ROBOTIC VACUUM. The Eufy cleans it easily and it keeps it looking great. The color is subtle making it nice for people with an eye for design - it fits nicely into a color palette without screaming and overwhelming the room. I got the pink and it's almost a champagne - really nice shade of soft rose. They are well worth the price. I got 2, one for each side of the bed and I'm really happy with them. It was the perfect silver gray I wanted. It was a perfect size. It look spectacular. It felt wonderful. Unfortunately, I'm 66 and when I get out of bed I was afraid of sliding on the wood floor. It's happened in the past. So I wanted a rug next to the bed so when I'm half awake I don't have to worry about falling. This rug is very, very slippery in bare feet. I loved the rug and if this is not a concern of yours, then I'd say to buy it. I did purchase one of their other rugs and that too was gorgeous but so slippery. The media could not be loaded. Overall: I wasn’t sure whether I wanted to keep this rug initially but now I love it! Great value for money if you know what you’re getting. Color: I kinda thought it would be more brown but it’s a very neutral beige. It’s the same color as our floor which I didn’t know whether I would like once I saw it in person, but it actually makes the room look bigger because it doesn’t stand out as much as our previous dark rug did. It does have kind of a dual-toned look because of the shiny finish, kind of like how suede is. Initially I thought this would make it look dirty. You can easily draw shapes in it for example. But since we use this rug so much, all the footprints kind of mixed together and it now looks like it has a uniform blotched design. Natural light also helps to make the color look more uniform. Texture: The texture is soft and slick. Another reviewer mentioned it is slippery, and I agree I wouldn’t want anyone running on it, but I actually do my morning yoga on this rug and love the fact that it’s more slick because I can shift into positions easily on it. Because it’s more of a shag, it doesn’t get that matted look that normal rugs do. This is something I hated about my previous rug because we have four cats and it just was impossible to keep clean. So far this rug shows hardly any dirt and I haven’t had to vacuum it once, even though it’s been in a medium-traffic area for about a week. Pile: I will say the pile height is a little misleading because it’s a shag. When the shag is standing up, it’s about an inch in pile height. But as soon as you walk around on it, the shag is going to sway up, down, and around. When it’s laying down, the pile is more like .25” high. This wasn’t a huge deal to us because we have a rug pad underneath and also left the old rug underneath to add more cushion. But if you’re looking for a super cushioned rug, this is not it! We placed this rug in our nursery, and it is super soft, so I imagine it will be great to sit on with our baby when he comes. It’s nice that it is also washable as well! Would definitely recommend! So I previously gave this review 5 stars and am revising to 3 because the entire purpose I bought this rug for my nursery was so I could wash it; however, after having tried to wash it, I can tell you that it is next to impossible to wash. As others have said, it is way too large and heavy to wash (even though I have a large washer), so now I am left contemplating getting a new rug after less than 6 months of use because it is dirty, and I can’t wash it :( Read more

Carpet is well made and extremely soft; however, it is very very slippery. It is unusually slippery, which makes me afraid someone might slip on it and fall. I have never owned an area rug that was slippery like this one. I felt I was on an ice skating rink. So I got rid of it. In addition, the gray color rug switches from light grey to a different shade of gray wherever you walk on it, which looks unattractive, which makes it look like a mishmash finger-paint job. I needed a rug that was washable with a waterproof rubber backing because had an old dog that was having accidents on my expensive entry rug and wood floor. Price of having an aging dog so thought would get this rug so could clean up easier. It isn’t expensive looking but it has this cool tactile feel When your bare feet walk on it that I could really see kids loving it in their play area. I haven’t had to wash it yet in the washer. Accidents have cleaned up easily with spot cleaning. It has a rubber back so no penetrating to the wood floor. My dog has since passed but I have kept it down since winter snow. It is thin enough that the door opens and closes easily. I think I am going to buy another for the back door where the dogs come in.
