Lots of features
My son and I work out a lot at home. We do P.E with Joe and run at treadmill every day. This smart digital scale records our weight measure in the "Medm Health" app. I can even set a goal in the app and it gives me the result by date or by a curve line in a graphic. it is also compatible with my Google Fit and calculate my BMI number (it requires to type in my height and sex). Seriously great
This is a great scale. I was looking for a digital scale that not only synched to my phone, but also would give me a breakdown of my weight. This scale does all that. I downloaded the app and was able to synch it to the Health app on my iPhone. Now I am able to see a digital log of not only weight, but also BMI, fat %, muscle %, water %, and bone weight. This is a great scale, especially for this price. It also looks nice in my bathroom. Read more

This product takes just A few minutes to set up. Do you have to download the MedM Health app and once you do it syncs to your Apple health app. It makes it easy to track my weight loss progress. Batteries are included too. Read more
