Lots of features
My son and I work out a lot at home. We do P.E with Joe and run at treadmill every day. This smart digital scale records our weight measure in the "Medm Health" app. I can even set a goal in the app and it gives me the result by date or by a curve line in a graphic. it is also compatible with my Google Fit and calculate my BMI number (it requires to type in my height and sex). Seriously great
This is a great scale. I was looking for a digital scale that not only synched to my phone, but also would give me a breakdown of my weight. This scale does all that. I downloaded the app and was able to synch it to the Health app on my iPhone. Now I am able to see a digital log of not only weight, but also BMI, fat %, muscle %, water %, and bone weight.
