Started using this shampoo and conditioner for about a week. I have a little less fall out of hair. But I have noticed I can go at least two days without washing my hair. Before I had to wash my hair everyday. This shampoo helps with my oily hair. It has a light scent and suds up pretty good with just a quarter size amount of shampoo. And it has my hair so soft. I've tried several high end hair treatments over the years and some helped a little but I was still experiencing hair loss. I then tried the nutrafol supplements for a month and it worked great, but I couldn't deal with the size of the 4 daily pills so I stopped a few months ago. I've started using this shampoo and conditioner two weeks ago and it 100% works. I no longer have clumps of hair in the shower drain or in my brushes. I have been using nutrafol shampoo for a little over a year. My hair has thinned some as I've gotten older, which has been a concern as it wasn't super thick to begin with.
