I have an allergy to most soaps and have used the Nutribiotic Skin Cleanser as a hand soap for a few years now. When I saw there was a shower gel I hopped on it and have used it as a shampoo and sometimes as a body wash for quite some time. It's a fine body wash, but where I really appreciate it is as a shampoo. It doesn't leave filmy residue like some other natural or alternative shampoos I've used. Alternately, it doesn't completely strip the hair like shampoos with Sodium Lauryl Sulfate did (back when I could use them). It lathers up well into a very fine, thick foam that distributes through hair easily. The Super Shower Gel is a great product in general, but my favorite scent is the Vanilla Chai. It's mostly vanilla, with just a hint of the milder chai blend spices. The scent isn't strong or overbearing. It's just pleasant and calming. I'm really glad it comes in a large size so that I can refill my original bottle as I use it up and save myself some time and money. Read more

We have used this shower gel for years. We love it. The entire family uses it. It does not dry your skin, but also does not leave a greasy film. Although this is scented, the scent is not strong and leaves only a mild scent on your skin after your shower. For a nice appearance in the shower, transfer it to clear 16 oz pump bottles and label them with a label maker. Nutribiotic is a very reputable, dependable company. I used to order this product from their website, but recently discovered I can get it for less from Amazon without shipping charges (using my Prime membership) and arrives faster. Go Amazon! NutriBiotic of course is still producing their vanilla chai, super shower gel. I had some six years ago and I loved it but I forgot about it. I ordered some online and it’s just the best and you can use it for body washing and shampoo. I love this gel. I initially bough it b/c I got really dry skin during my 2nd pregnancy and couldn't use soap, but now that my daughter is here I won't go back. I love the smell. I have been using Nutribiotic shower gel for many years. Can't say enough good about it. My dermatologist wanted to know what I used for "soap" because my skin was so healthy. I use it in my hair also. You can't go wrong. And I love the Vanilla Chai scent. Read more
Really nice and gentle cleansing agent, great subsing as a shampoo and body wash in the shower. For me at least it is non-drying! I ordered the vanilla scented gel and wish I would have just ordered the nonscented, nothing wrong with the vanilla scent just not necessary to have another chemical added, keep it simple.
