Bought at a discount during prime day in October. It has worked beautifully so far. Solid construction and components. 1200 watts has the power to do the job and quickly. I am happy with the purchase and customer service which I needed to register it properly. Read more

I got this to make frappes. It’s great! But it’s not quiet at all, so don’t try to make anything if anyone is asleep. I wind up doing two rounds of blending, to keep within the limit of ice that’s safe for the blender. So I do it once, remove a little liquid, add a little more ice, and run it again. The texture is nearly the same as that big coffee chain’s. Seriously, the power in this little blender is wild. Very happy with my purchase. Read more

The media could not be loaded. This Nutribullet blender is amazing!! I've had other blenders throughout the years, but nothing compares to this one. It blends very well and real quick. With other blenders there would be a burn smell while it was working, this one doesn't have that. It's super strong, blends it all smoothly, sharp blades, and works so well. And cleaning is a breeze too, I throw everything in the dishwasher, including the blades and all. Please pay the extra money and get this one, instead of some of the other cheaper ones, trust me you will not regret it. It is worth every penny paid. I love mine! Here's a quick video of me making strawberry banana smoothie for my youngest son. Read more

TL;DR I strong little blender, great for smoothies, margaritas, or juicing veggies!m, it does it all. I can recommend nutribullet. PROS + Stong motor, breaks ice well + Sharp blades + Stylish + Compact + Engineered well + Power cord is good length for countertop CONS - Multiple containers, one blade unit. - Washing blade unit by hand is dangerous. - Pulsing control is difficult - Parts are difficult to find, as it seems discontinued Read more

I previously owned the 600W version and used it semi-daily for breakfast smoothies of milk, yogurt, peanut butter, oats, and frozen berries. It failed after almost 4 years, so i upgraded to this 1200W model. More power can't hurt right? I love the pulse setting. And I like the button operation over the 600W's buttonless design. The double power is impressive; this thing pulverizes ingredients. However, it is quite loud. The 600W version was far from silent, but I didn't feel like I needed to point one ear away from the thing and hold my hand over the other ear just to run it. The 1200W version advertises that it uses sound dampening technology. Whatever tech is implemented does not offset the 2x power. I should have stayed with the lower power version. Personally, I do not need a super smooth blend, and I never blend ice. If you're like me, opt for the lower power option and save some money and your ears. 4 stars for impressive design and power. -1 for waking the dead. Read more

Summary: Unit randomly stopped working at 6months. Plastic pieces on the drinking cup lid fell off into my smoothie, I swallowed one wondering why my drink was sharp, then chewed on one the following day (the day the unit who l wouldn't turn on). Im a healthy 36yr old woman, if case my smoothie drinking ability is questioned - not senile, not 5 years old. Nutribullet now drags me through a 'just give up process' when I requested a refund. Well guess what, I'm not giving up, no, I'm getting my refund. Update: After emailing answers twice, calling, I've now been requested to respond to the following. I can't help but wonder if this is a complaints box strategy designed to put people off seeking refunds or replacements for broken units? I've already sent images and answered questions over email and the phone. They can't issue a refund either, because I bought it via Amazon 🙄... suppose I'll just post this here instead. Email I was sent today: Thank you for your recent call. We’re so sorry you’ve encountered an issue with your NutriBullet and apologize for the inconvenience but we are here to help. To asses the issue with your unit reply to this email, please submit pictures of the unit and answer the following questions. 1. Photographs of the Power Base as follows: -- nutribullet Power Base (front showing the logo); -- nutribullet Power Base (back showing the vent holes); -- nutribullet Power Base (back showing the label and warnings); -- nutribullet Power Base (looking from the top down into the unit showing the center gear and liner); and -- nutribullet Power Base (bottom of the unit showing bottom vents, feet and engraving, stickers, and serial number) 2. Photographs of the blades top and bottom; 3. Photographs of the vessels (cups); and 4. Any replacements of cups, blade or any other parts of the unit? 5. Any prior issues? 6. How often was the unit used? 7. A complete explanation of what recipe you were following, and or what was being blended, temperature of the ingredients, and time spent blending. 8. Complete explanation of particles and any photographs that you may have depicting the incident. Previous review: Stopped working randomly at 6 months - worked yesterday, today it won't turn on. Hopefully they replace it or refund it. I'd prefer a refund and to downsize because of the reasons below... Love it for anything 20 ounces and up. There are no smaller cup capacities that fit this unit. Nutribullet makes a nice small 18oz cup for every model...but this one. Buy the model down, still 1200w, but more versatile. Can't make small quantities in it - just gets pushed up the sides into the cavity. Not able to blend icecream thickness stuff, just blends a cavity around the blade (eg smoothie bowl is a no) Read more

Great for blending for protein shakes. Even using fruit & thick powder the blades mix the ingredients quickly. No issues with the lids sealing. Easy to clean. Didn’t know there was a rubber gasket around the blade because it was hard to see. You need to take that out to clean that thoroughly. Read more
