I am person who has been struggling with my weight since a few medical surgeries. I take nerve inhibitors that make me feel so pudding. So not only is the ability to exercise meek but there is a ton of brain fog also. I bought these on a I’m broke and need a quick fix whim to try to avoid caffeine withdrawal. I am new to caffeine pills. I purchased my first set of caffeine pills from a different company on amazon and liked them well enough but I wanted to try a caffeine pill with l-theanine. I have been using these for 2 months and think that I have given it a good shot for an honest review. Though I don't know all the benefits of L-Theanine, what I do know is that it helps to feel less anxious and more relaxed. I definitely need that and I feel that. Coworkers have commented that I don't look stressed (even if I am internally). I am not as bothered as I typically would be. I am an RN, have 4 kids, and i typically rely on caffeine to make it through the day. I am drinking less coffee because of these caffeine pills. I take one at 5:30AM before my shift with my vitamins and then I head to work. During my lunch break I take another pill and I am set for my 12 hour shift. I am drinking more water, don't feel sluggish, am not jittery, and sleep well at night. I was nervous about trying caffeine pills - fear that I would get addicted or just the concept of taking pills for energy was weird...but my fears are abated.
