I am very happy with this product. I have used many other collagen and I like this one by far better than the others. I am a 42 yr old that look like a 25 yr old. I just don't want to look young but also feel that age. I was having a problem of waking up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom constantly and this thing also took care of if. It doesn't upset my stomach or anything, and that if great. The taste is not the best, but that let me know the content inside is strong, I am not looking for a collagen that taste good because I may think is not strong enough. ( And they may put things inside to take the flavor out)I mean it's a pill, I just take it fast and try not to taste it.
