Love the Nuwave Brio Plus Air Fryer. Just starting to use it but I haven't found anything I can't cook in it. From eggs to tenderloins, it does it all. Plus I did buy the filters for easy clean up but, I didn't use them for the tenderloins. Quick spray on the air circulation riser (per the instructions) and clean up is a breeze. It comes with a lot of wonderful cooking instructions and setting plus other non pre-programmed setting. Easy to use, easy to clean, no smells and foods taste great. We use it multiple times per day. It even does toast. Its open up out counter space and it looks nice. Did I say I love it :) Read more

This air fryer looks very nice, it’s well made, sturdy and easy to operate, quite roomy. Did not notice any odors when initially heating the unit to try it out, as some reviewers stated, maybe because I washed the interior well before I ever plugged it in?! First order of business, to reheat homemade tacos which is usually an “ugh!” Microwaved the shell comes out soggy and it takes too long in the oven. 350 degrees for 4 minutes in the air fryer and like my hubby said they were day 1 tacos! Success! Got the cream color as I didn’t really care about being matchy matchy since it lives in the pantry so I saved some $$ too! Yay me! Read more

No complaints about this awesome appliance. We use it a lot and never have a negative issue. Food cooks evenly and fast! Clean up is a breeze too because of the ceramic coating. Read more

I love this thing! Wish I'd bought it sooner. It's nice to look at as blue/grey is my favorite color and it works exceptionally well. It's quiet also. One of the things not mentioned that I've seen is that the hot air comes out of a square area on the top back and it flows upward. I sit mine on an open counter so the heat goes into the room, but I still don't think it would hurt being a few inches off the wall if I had to put it there. It has a nice sized drawer/tray and it doesn't smell like plastic or materials when it's cooking. I've made baby potatoes seasoned and french fries, sweet potato fries, seasoned chickpeas and a few other things and it works fabulously. The only thing I would note is it doesn't like my fingertip when selecting temperature and time. I have to keep pressing to get it to set for some reason. I have a light touch I guess? Overall I love it. It's not too big and it's definitely not small. The display and nice and easy to read. The company that sells it is very kind and helpful. I've been using Nuwave products for over 20 years and when I had a problem with one they replaced the problem unit for me under their warranty. Good stuff! Can't wait to make something new in it! It works well! The default setting is 700 watts, which has been worthless. The higher wattage is needed to cook food in a timely fashion. It also takes a while to burn off all the plastics & chemicals. I had to run it outside for at least 4 cycles despite trying to use my kitchen hood to exhaust the gases. It is easy to clean and has a decent size basket. Read more

We’ve owned several air fryers and Nuwave has proven to be the most reliable brand. We ordered this one 8 mos ago and it has been a workhorse! We use it multiple times a day. I hesitated to order it in white but it’s been a breeze to keep clean, inside and out. The digital display is easy to read and use and the cooking is even and consistent. No complaints about this air fryer! Read more

So far, so good. My first air fryer, so not much to compare against. But it works well. The controls aren’t perfect, but after reading the manual, it’s pretty easy to operate properly. I primarily use this to cook frozen fries and chicken nuggets, and it cooks those better than anything else I’ve used. Maybe I’ll get more creative with it over time. Just the fact it can reheat fries and nuggets fast and well is worth the cost. I did want to mention one thing: another review stated their unit had a plastic smell over multiple uses. That worried me and gave me pause from buying this unit, but I gave it a shot anyway. There is a heavily laminated piece of card stock between the metal of the heating element and the food drawer that serves as some sort of protective packaging for shipping. The manual doesn’t mention this laminated card stock piece AT ALL, let alone to remove it before first use. Fortunately nothing melted or caught on fire when I began testing the unit. I only noticed this laminated card after doing a couple test runs with the air fryer and wondering why it smelled so heavily of plastic — unusually so — under the drawer. Totally thought the other review was right. Removed this packaging card stock and the odor went away immediately during the next use. So, if you’re reading other reviews and see mentions of extensive plastic odor or poor heating after the first few uses, you might still want to give this air fryer a shot and remember to pull out the drawer and look for a white piece of card stock packaging between the drawer and heating element.
