I've been buying lab coats for 28 years. This is the best inexpensive one of all time. The cloth is heavy and feels high quality. It runs large so I had to order a medium when I usually order large. I purchased this lab coat for my oldest son, 13 years old to be "Doc" from Back to the Future. This is the first time ever something i purchased fit exactly how I wanted it to, and is great quality, (work in a hospital/clinic setting. My son is about the same height as most 13 year olds, his average shirt size is generally 16-18 (walmart big kids section), roughly 'sm-edium' in men's. I purchased a Medium size lab coat and it fit perfect..not too big not too small and a little room to move too. Most reviews never help with sizing or anything actually useful. Read more
