Great belt! I work in a secure facility, so rather than have to undress every day before entering, I opted to buy this plastic buckle belt. Works great, does not set off the sensors, holds my pants up, is very comfortable, very lightweight, with plenty of adjustability for days when you're feeling a little bloated. The belt buckle holds tight as well. Wherever you set it, that's where it stays until you take it off. No slipping, unlike other belts I have used in the past. And for $10?? You can't beat that price. Excellent value for the money. There's also plenty of slack in the belt for larger waistlines. I am a 32-34 inch waist depending on the time of day/day of the week (lol) and I may actually end up cutting a bit off the ends because there's a long tail left over. Read more

I've been going through a lot of security checkpoints the past 6 months as part of my job, and got tired of taking my belt off, so I bought these belts. They are fantastic for that. The only problem is, only about 25% of the security checkpoints I went through knew what they were, even after I explained it to them, recognized them, etc. At least 75% of the security checkpoints insisted I take this belt off, even though there are no metal parts. Unreal. So much for progress. After about a month or two, I went back to using my normal belts. They fade into the background, but they're not quite formal. It was a tough call, but I thought this belt looked too informal for me to wear everyday to work, especially since it didn't get me out of having to undress at most security checkpoints I went to. Other than that though, it's a very good belt, and would highly recommend it for casual/sport attire.. It would be great to take on hikes, backpacking trips, outdoor activities, etc. Read more

This has no metal however it did not make it through TSA screening on 6/16/25. It triggered a “groin alert” resulting in a pat down. It does the job other than that. Read more
