Before this one came out or at least became available on Amazon, I was using the blue meno ones from the same company. However I'm 31 and not anywhere near pre menopausal so I switched to these. I did not notice a difference switching over. I'm a recovering addict on sublocaid, so I have some issues with dryness. Being a post menopausal woman, I have been searching for anything to help with moisture. I have tried many creams and don’t care for the mess. These capsules are far easier to use, there is no smell, and no mess. I started taking this supplement about a month and a half ago. The capsule size is easy for me to swallow, but I don’t have a problem swallowing a handful of pills all at once. For moisture, I believe it has been pretty effective. I’m in the middle of menopause, and this stuff has been a Godsend. I started to feel the effects in about the third week of use, which caused me to get more so I can stay on it. It works.
