A lot comes out very quick in 1 spot and you have to do a lot of rubbing in anyway so there's very little difference between this and any other lotion sunscreen. My husband and I are both very pale and spent a week in Mexico, and purchased 3 bottles of this for our trip. We did not burn at all so this definitely helps to protect your skin, but the others are correct with the increased effort to rub in and the white cast it leaves. Prepare to spend extra time rubbing in for sure. One other thing I didn’t see mentioned in reviews is the sweat. I believe the increased oil in the formula does help with dry skin, but the moment the sunscreen was applied we both sweat like pigs. Luckily the water helped!
