Everyone is eating this just fine. Fantastic for growing fish
My discus, young angelfish, and even fish that are already adult love this food. Not to say flake will ever replace fresh foods like beef heart or actual brine shrimp but this actually is worlds better than just giving the mixed generic "tropical flakes" alone especially if you actually keep fish that are more carnivorous than omnivorous. The protein level is great. When I cant feed fresh these flakes and freeze dried California blackworms along with hikari blood worms for smaller fish are my go-tos. Keeps my fish big and fat and healthy. Watching finicky fish go nuts for this is worth every penny and actually you get a TON of food the can is BIG so you will be tempted to feed your fish often. Just make sure to siphon any uneaten food out after a few mins or only feed what they will eat , or you'll be looking at a mess at least as far as your water quality is concerned. Read more
Excellent product for saltwater fish
Excellent food for all your fish nutritious and helps keep your water clean and also providing your fish with all the vitamins and nutrients they need to keep healthy,I love that you only have to use half of this product and it goes a long way.I personally will NEVER buy anything but ocean nutrition flakes for my saltwater fish no matter how small or large your fish are they love it,EVEN my tiny fry love it,I buy 3 different types Ocean Nutrition Prime Reef Flake Food,Ocean Nutrition Brine Shrimp Plus Flake and for my Large tangs and angels I buy Ocean Nutrition Formula Two Flake.A little secret is that when the flakes are really small toward the bottom of the container I take all I have left and feed my smaller fish with the mis and works out perfectly without losing all those tiny flakes at the bottom to the filter.Also I started about a year ago to turn off my filters when feeding my smaller fish so I dont lose it all to my filters,It saves alot of time when cleaning youe canister filters and hang on filters.I hope this helps Read more

Quality control can be improved
Received a jar with seal that is only partially sealed with some flakes scattered outside of the jar. When I peal open the seal, it is obvious that part of it wasn't sealed at all. Unclear if fish will like it yet. But the seal definitely indicate a quality issue. Read more
