Color chips off easily

I ordered this item as well as two other colors because the product summary stated the color would have a mirror finish, yeah no that's not true. When the actual polish dries, it has the regular texture, there is no mirror like finish anywhere. The polish also overly thick and has a horrible smell, it literally smells like tuna.
