This is the perfect solution to knowing if you took your pill or not. Often I couldn't remember if I did or didn't, but now all I have to do is move the slider for that day. A rubber ring is used to put over the pill bottle so it's easy to remove and put on a new bottle when needed. It's small and slim and doesn't take up much room. I have a medication I must take once a day first thing in the morning. Because of my sleep schedule, I often end up taking it at 3 a.m., then falling back asleep. By the time I wake up, I often forget whether I took the medication. This low-tech solution works quite well. When I take my medication, I slide the day's tab to indicate I've taken the medication for the day. Easy peasy. The package has two reminders. I only needed one, so I gave the other to my daughter. Each reminder comes with both a rubbery lanyard to attached the reminder to a bottle, and a sticker to permanently attach the reminder to the bottle. I'm using the lanyard. It doesn't make sense to stick the reminder to the bottle, because then I'd have to pour new medications into the old bottle when empty, or peel the reminder off the old bottle and find a new sticker to attach the reminder to the new bottle.
