Despite using heavy things to help flatten it and even using heat to help may it pliable when all else was failing, this mat has STILL not flattened out. It also has deep dips in it from where my chair sits. Not worth it. Read more
DO NOT BUY IF YOU LIVE ALONE!!! The mat itself is good and is accurate to the size. However the packaging it comes in make the mat IMPOSSBLE to unroll by yourself without hurting yourself as it will snap back on your hands or feet if you even manage to make it that far by yourself with the "spikes". Even with 2 people we were able to unroll it after a few PG-13 words were said when the "spikes" kept smacking back or if we placed a hand wrong. Once you unroll it you need to put a lot weight on it (the chair is not enough the edges will roll back up). Read more

The mat works but it was real hard work to get it on the floor ready to use. It was so hard to get out of the box and eventually try to unroll because it was still very stiff and has extremely sharp bits. one could easily hurt ones hands on this. it does what it is supposed to do though - protects the carpets and can roll the chair over it. This product needs to be opened and flattened for a few days to unfold (it comes in a durable tube to transport safely as most of these products typically ship this way.). After that you can use the product it is durable, thick, and does what it is supposed to do to protect your floors and allow for easier movement with wheeled chairs. Read more
