Highly recommend this product. Thick well made. I needed and like the oversized size. I am using it in my home office with medium plush carpet. The desk chair rolls nicely across it. I read the difficulties some had on setting it up. I had little/no difficulties. It came rolled up in a box. I pulled it out of the box, put it proper side down and put the end in the one corner. With hands on each end of the roll and sitting on the carpet where the it was going to unrolled, it slowly and gradually unrolled (from underneath essentially) the roll maybe a 1/8 rotation, then again, then again, etc and when enough was unrolled (enough to put a stack of client files on) I put a stack of client files/books on the one end, the middle and the other end. I then proceeded to unroll the floor mat 1/8 turns at a time, moving backwards slightly each time, until it was completely unrolled. Total time was approx. 3 minutes. Read more

This is a good mat that seems like it will be durable over time. My only comment is that it took a LOT of effort, a lot of time, and a LOT of frustration (and pain, those carpet nubs!) to get this unrolled and trained to lay flat. This all probably indicates quality build, so not exactly a complaint, but the time to do this is in the heat of summer and let the sunlight relax this thing! Read more

I can honestly say this is the worst product I have purchased from Amazon - and I buy a lot! It infuriates me when a company is more concerned with cutting costs then providing a customer friendly product. This arrived rolled up tightly in a long narrow box. It’s heavy weight plastic so it took all of my strength to get it to unroll - placed heavy objects on the corners and left it that way for 2 days - the edges are still curled but I’m finally able to place it under my chair. Far too much work involved in actually getting this product to do what it’s made for. Provide a flat surface for my office chair to roll over without getting caught up. Perhaps this company should recognized that as its purpose vs cheaper shipping costs and find a way to get their product to their customers without asking them to do extra work to actually be able to use the purchase.
