I like the mat's thickness. It's not too thin, but not too thick either and stays in place for the most part. I love the pattern. I wish the mat was a little larger personally, but it does the job! This is just a little throw rug. It does have grip on the bottom. But it is definitely not made to withstand the weight and rolling of a desk chair. It looks good, and I'll use it till it begins to unravel... but I don't expect that to be a long time. Read more

When the mat got dirty and needed to be washed, I removed it from the floor. Upon picking it up I couldn't help but notice that it had left dozens of nickel sized dots imprinted on my laminated floor. The marks came up with a damp cloth and Dawn dish detergent. I thought that maybe it was something temporary since it was new. After washing I put it back and checked again in a week. The same nickel sized marks were back. The mat is fairly thin and I have no idea were the marks came from. There are no nickel sized dots visible on the back of the mat. Its next position is in the trash. I got another thicker better mat..I should have taken a picture,but at the time I just wanted to get those marks off my fairly new floor. Read more
