This fits perfectly into my wife's office, matching her aesthetic and vibe to a T. The mat has a decently thick and heavy under layer and there's no concerns that it'll move about on top of hardwood floors. The only gripe we have with it is that since it arrives folded up, there's hard creases in the underlayment which doesn't seem to want to come out. We're hoping that overtime it flattens out but since we're unsure, were removing a star from an otherwise great addition. Read more

When I UnFolded the BAISIDANDI Office Chair Mat for Hardwood Tile Floor from its plastic wrapping, placed it on the floor, and saw what that packaging had done to it, I was livid! I still am. That’s what we have here: basically a rug with a rubber-like backing that someone decided should be FOLDED UP to 1/12th its size and packaged tightly in plastic, heavy creases and all. They couldn’t have ROLLED it up? It’s apparent to me that none of the mats pictured in the Amazon product page were ever folded. Will mine, with the passage of time, ever look like one of those? I strongly doubt it. Folding instead of Rolling up the mat demonstrated a carelessness and utter disregard for both the product and the customer. The damaging effects appear to be permanent. The creases from the folding give the mat an unsightly, crumpled appearance. Just look at my pictures of it. Aside from the damage due to a poor packaging decision, I’ll share my observation that the rubber-like backing feels Sticky. Maybe that’s a good thing to prevent the bunching up of the mat as a chair rolls across it repeatedly. I suggest first making sure the surface that you’re putting it on is free of dirt and dust in order to maximize the mat’s traction. But does it work? In all fairness, yes it does. Rolling over it in my chair is smooth and comfortable. Therefore, 2 stars. It's so unfortunate that a good product that otherwise would deserve 4 or 5 stars should be so brutally mistreated by its poor packaging and thereby be degraded to a shabby looking floor covering that should enhance your home decor but instead embarrasses it. Very pretty carpet, really brightens up the floor. Good material, nice non slip backing. The computer chair rolls nicely, no issue there. The under desk carpet will slip and slide if placed on a thin-carpeted floor. It's worth the price. The only thing that bothers me is the crease because it came folded, just as described, so that's expected. Read more

Love the vibrant colors of the chair mat by BAISIDANDI! This could be the pop of color and elegance that my otherwise drab home office needs. It is not very thick (about 1/8"), but it is perfect to use as chair mat. It sufficiently protects the floor from scratches. It is good sized at 35" by 47". The non-slip backing is convenient to have - keeps the mat in place. I have not attempted to wash the mat in the washing machine. So far, vacuuming has been sufficient. This is so much better looking than the usual plastic pieces typical used for this purpose. It’s a lightweight, soft to the touch and my chair rolls around smoothly. Only thing is that it came folded, and it took a while the folded line to completely flatten out. Read more

This mat is exactly as pictured. The surface is slightly slick which makes it easier to roll an office chair over it. It's thinner than I expected but seems like it will be durable and wear better than the typical plastic mat. The pattern is very pretty and bold and again, a nice change from the usual plastic mats.
