Excellent chair! I shifted to work from home in early 2020 and my previous chair just wasn't cutting it. I wanted a replacement that was comfortable for all-day usage, plus the benefit of having either removable arms or - in this case - flip-up arms. Every other reasonably-priced chair I tried had arms that didn't go low enough - they were always about 1" or more too high for my elbows to rest in a natural position. While these arms aren't customizable in terms of height or width or anything, they flip up and out of the way, which is essentially how I use the chair 95% of the time. The cushion and mesh back of this chair are pretty comfortable for me. I'm 6' and about 170lbs, and I've used this chair for 12+ hours on some days, and it's still comfortable. The wheels allow it to move around, but it doesn't seem to slide uncontrollably. The recline leans just enough to sit back without feeling like I'm falling back either. Read more

This is the second time we've purchased this chair. I first bought one back in 2019 and was amazed at how solid and comfortable it was. I have sciatica and needed a chair that would help with my back pain. Fast forward to now, my wife has a chair that just plain sucks. We purchased it from Wayfair. After someone who was a bit heavier than me sat in it, the hydraulics went and the cushioning had been flattened. She is also still dealing with issues from giving birth some months back. In short - this chair is incredible for the following reasons: - Ease of Assembly: I had it built in less than ten minutes. FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS! - Value for money: 100%. I've had mine for 6 years now. Think about that. Most office chairs last 2-3 unless you're paying over 500. - Looks: It's an ergonomic chair that looks like it could be a decent gaming chair. - Color: Grey is our thing. Find yours. Read more

Shipped fast. Very good and solid chair. Easy to assemble (12 minutes). Good back support, good wheels, and adjustments. My only suggestions would be that it does not go that high... I prefer a slightly higher chair. Moreover, second, there is no real adjustment to the back structure/location of support as you get with a Herman Miller or similar. It is not a Herman Miller as it is 1/4 the price... so for the price--I would rate this chair highly. 4/5. Armrests can be lifted up, which is a big bonus. There is also an adjustment to lock the tilt of seat at any stage and this is a nice feature too. Read more

I decided to buy this excellent chair because in my husband's office they have a few of these about 10 and one day I went to his office and sat on one of them and I found the chair very comfortable, I also liked it’s look, since I like modern things and this chair has a modern look, it’s back seems like a skeleton and the best thing is that the arms can be pulled back, that seemed perfect to be able to use it sometimes with the arms up, but before buying it I had to call my husband since I started to see that the chair had very good reviews and others in which some complained that it was not a comfortable chair, although most are good reviews I had to ask him anyways to be sure if I should buy it since my husband's answer would tell more than reviews, shortly after my husband returned the call and told me that in his office they had more than a year with chairs and none ever failed and that no one who use that chair have complained that their back hurts because these chair effectively has pronounced lumbar support, as a good lumbar support must be! so your spine is in a good position when you are working, so I decided to buy it. I got it and put it together with just a little help from my 13 year old daughter, it took us about 25 minutes and I'm very happy with my chair, so if you want a chair that will keep your body in a good position, modern, pretty, with arms that lift and at a fair price I recommend it, I also liked that the chair has two levers, one to raise and lower the chair and the other to lock the mechanism in different position if you’re reclining even though I really do not think I'm going to use that lever much since I'm going to use it for work and not as a recliner to sleep or take a nap. This wonderful chair arrived yesterday and I quickly assembled it. It went together perfectly and without issue. All parts were carefully packaged and everything needed was included. It is amazingly comfortable! Some reviews mentioned a forward tilt to the seat, I found nothing of the kind with mine. Perhaps they installed the seat mechanism backwards. What I particularly loved is the deeply padded seat with lots of depth at the front, behind my knees so there is no pressure there at all. The foot ring is smaller, but this too is a positive for me because I use a foot stool under my desk to support my feet and posture and didn’t want the foot ring to hinder me from getting close enough to my desk. It doesn’t. In another review someone mentioned extra holes in the ring; if you look at that reviewer’s photo you can see they installed the foot ring upside down, so be aware of that. The instructions show you how to install it correctly. It rolls easily, so the casters are adequate. The arms are slightly padded, but are not PU leather so they won’t wear out either. They are a very firm but slightly padded plastic material. It’s a good looking chair, not overly large but ample in size to be comfortable. I am very pleased!! Actually, this is my second drafting chair for my studio and I love it even more than my first one and I REALLY liked that one too. Read more
