The media could not be loaded. Wimius smart Projects is a great little machine for an affordable price. The auto focus lense is great as any kind of slight change to the distance instantly will correct itself. If the projector is mounted on the ceiling or placed on a stable shelf, I’d recommend turning off the auto focus and keystone correction features. Clarity of the picture is also really nice either in low light or no light settings. Able to really see the details when projecting onto a large or small surface. The built-in Netflix, prime video and other apps work smoothly, and I didn’t even need a streaming stick. Easy to setup, interact with, and learn, which was nice. Sound quality with dolby audio on its own isn't too bad but I would recommend pairing with a sound bar or something else. Read more

I purchased the WIMIUS Google TV Video Projector. I really enjoyed the convenience of not having to connect to an external device to have entertainment, no matter where I am. The unit comes with a cleaning kit and HDMI cable, which are great to have. The setup was simple up to the point of having to use the Google Home App. During the step to download and use the Google Home App, the projector showed connected, but the app showed “Couldn’t connect to WiFi”. I could not move forward. I was using my iPhone. It could have been the WiFi in my house. After several attempts, I finally got a connection on the Google Home App on my phone! From that point forward, it was very smooth to complete the setup, access the apps on the unit, and view live TV and movies. The picture is brilliant, set in the place where I was using the system. I am most impressed with the picture quality and brightness. The speaker is good, but if using it in a large space, I think you would enjoy it more if a sound bar is connected. The media could not be loaded. This is our second projector after Model-K1 which was purchased during June 2021. Now we purchased the second one Model-G1 to experience latest features. This projector is Excellent and easy to set up. Auto focus is great. Picture clarity is excellent. Colors are vibrant. Sound output is very good. Connected to our DENON AV Receiver for immersive sound effect. Built in Google TV is a gift. Enjoying our new projector. It is super viewing experience in dark light. Works great and picture quality is very good! Perfect for movies, TV shows, at home cinema, and taking camping. Can do rear projection (if you get the right screen) or normal front projection. Keystone features always come in handy, and keystone can automatically set which takes about 20 seconds. Even the sound coming from the built-in speaker is very good, though I would recommend only for a small indoor room of about 4 people or fewer. Superb for the price! Read more

I have had 3 different projectors and this one really hits a lot of the features I feel many people would like to have in a portable projector. You can project against a wall or like I did in this video on a projector screen. This screen is 80 inches It has auto focus and works well in a dark or a well lit room. You can use it for home, school or at work. The resolution of the projector is top notch. The Dolby sound quality is also excellent. Once you set it up, you can seamlessly navigate through the included apps like Netflix, Amazon prime, and YouTube. You can attach a streaming stick or a gaming console with its ports. There are also four mounting holes on the bottom for ceiling installation. I viewed from various angles and from even from close up the picture and resolution was great. Setup was super easy with the Google app, and it supports 4K, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth for soundbar, plus has good built-in speakers. The auto-focus and keystone made it simple to project directly on the wall, and from 10 feet it gave us a big 8 × 6 ft screen. The picture quality is really nice—sharp details, bright colors, and clear enough even in darker scenes. I bought this mainly for watching movies indoors at night, and it works perfectly for my needs. This projector is not suitable for use in daylight — for that, you would need at least a 3000 ANSI lumens model or a laser projector. It runs Google TV apps like Netflix, Prime, Disney+, ESPN, HBO, and more, or you can cast from your phone. The remote is fast, and overall, it feels like a mini home theater. Hello and boy this Wimius 4K Google Tv Projector turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Everything was light, compact and easy to set up. While remotely powering it up it immediately took me to autofocus and the menu popped right up crystal clear. The apps were all loaded and all I had to do was connect it to WiFi and sign in and I was watching Netflix. The initial login took some time because of system updates and setup. The sound was sufficient for the size of the unit but a soundbar boost wouldn’t be a bad idea to add to the unit. The remote has several useful functions to navigate around. The most eye catching feature that impressed me was the auto focus. All I had to do was point it at the wall and it instantly focused itself. Pictures were very clear and colorful. The unit is very competitively priced when comparing to other models like this. My whole family is very impressed with this unit and we can’t wait to use it indoors and outdoors at our future events.
