I was in search of a small, sturdy adjustable chair that would easily fit through some narrow doorways, and be easy to roll on either house carpet or concrete in the garage. This chair does really well at both. It was easy to put together. I’ve sat in it for several hours at a time doing projects. It has fair padding on the seat and overall is pretty comfortable. It turns easily and does not tip over. At times I have added a thin cushion when I know I will be sitting for long periods, but no complaints - I found the chair to be exactly as advertised. Love the chair, and although I am a senior citizen I was able to assemble it myself with the handy tool that was provided. However, my son had to pull off the cap on the cylinder. Package was dent pretty badly on the corner upon arrival, and a little more cushioning would have prevented the small dent on the chrome. It was not noticeable enough for me to return. These are as the pictures shown. I had bought two, one for me and one for my daughter. We both use these at our desks. They are more comfortable than expected but not for an all day sit. They took no time to put together. Would recommend. Read more
