After returning 3 other bags I was finally very happy with this one. The organizer section is one of the best I've seen with lots of room for office supplies and a few small tools. The rear pocket is a great place to keep active folders easily accessible. The laptop pocket is secure and well protected. There's even plenty of room inside for my 3 tape measures, gloves, hats and 2 20 oz. travel cups for coffee and water. It's also very solidly built so it holds it's shape well and won't tip over and after 2 months on the road, in the office and at job sites it shown no signs of wear. Read more

Update #2: Replacement bag has same defect. Anchor points for shoulder strap are failing after two weeks of light, normal use. Will return as defective. Changed back to 1 star. Great bag otherwise. It's a shame that they didn't account for a daily load heavier than a laptop. Update: Amazon initiated a replacement. Ogio customer service was also responsive, but I didn't end up filing a warranty claim. Changed to 5 stars. /// Will change to a 5-star review once the damaged bag is replaced under warranty. I have a number of Ogio bags and luggage and consider myself brand loyal for the better part of the last few decades. I got this bag because it was exactly what I was looking for. Space for a laptop, charger and portfolio, with dedicated pockets for various other items. But after three work weeks of light commuting, the D-ring ripped from its anchor point while I was shouldering the strap. The bag only contained my the light-duty items listed above. It's still usable, but only temporarily so without the shoulder strap. I have a request in to Ogio to have it replaced under warranty, and will update my review to the 5 stars it deserves once that happens. Read more

I originally ordered this for myself but found it far too manly for the look I wanted. Wound up giving it to my boyfriend who works in IT and he loves it. He takes it back and forth to work everyday will a HP laptop, iPad 3, and numerous cords stuffed into and still has room for extras. So far the strap, fabric and buckles show no signs of wear despite being dragged around a college campus almost daily. This bag is great for anyone who likes to remain organized, carries lots of stuff with them constantly, and is looking for some extra space. Read more
