It makes my hair feel so soft and the coconut scent is absolutely lovely in the shower, but fades so your hair doesn’t smell strongly afterward. I wish there was a much bigger size with more savings though. One thing, if you have exceptionally fine and thin hair as I do, the oils in it might be a little much. The scent is another plus—it’s a warm coconut fragrance that’s noticeable but not overpowering. It makes washing your hair feel like a little tropical escape, which is always welcome. What I like most is how soft and manageable my curls feel afterward. Paired with a good conditioner, this shampoo helps cut down on frizz and keeps my hair looking healthy and bouncy. My only minor issue is that it can feel a bit heavy if you use too much, especially for finer curls. It might take a little trial and error to find the right amount that works for your hair type. Also, if you use a lot of styling products, you may need a clarifying wash every now and then to avoid buildup. The scent is amazing, honestly one of the best things about this product, and that’s coming from someone who usually avoids coconut scents. At first, I was excited to try it, but on my curly hair it leaves a very dry feeling, which was disappointing. My boyfriend has wavy hair, so he gave it a shot too. For him it’s been just “okay", not terrible, but not great either. After a few months of use, his hair isn’t softer or shinier, so I can’t really say it hydrates.
