Glasses work as advertised.
When I first got the sun glasses, I was able to charge them (red light was on) but after going for a walk I was unable to access the built in hard drive. I plugged it into my computer, the light on the glasses came on (as it does during charging) but I was unable to see my video or picture files. I contacted customer support. I tried their suggestions but still could not access files on the glasses. I returned the glasses and requested a replacement pair. I received my replacement glasses in 2 days. The replacement glasses work great. When looking at the picture and video files I was amazed at how clear they both were. I followed the directions on how to change the config file add voice and date and time to the pictures and video. It was very easy to do. The glasses are very comfortable to ware.
