** UPDATE** Almost 2 yrs later, my husband's faucet got very low pressure, down to a trickle. It sat like that for a year, while he used my side of the sink because we couldn't figure out what was wrong. Then my faucet started doing the same thing. I couldn't stand it!! So I came here to the reviews and read where other people were having the same issue. Someone mentioned the video on how to solve the issue. I watched the video and followed all the steps. When i removed the cartridge, there was no filter or anything to remove. No build up. No residue... nothing. So, I removed both faucets and threw them in the trash since they don't sell the cartridges individually! I purchased 2 of these in brushed nickel for our master bath double vanity. I ordered this in March of 2023. I absolutely love it. Some of the finish is coming off of the drain stopper thing, but I’m not extremely bothered with that. Super easy to install. Looks fantastic. The thing that is frustrating me is trying to find replacement gaskets with screen filters for the supply lines. My water line was cut by workers. The supply lines did a fabulous job of stopping debris, but when I unhooked them to clean them out, the gaskets just fell out. The rubber was shredding around the outside of the gasket to the point that it would not fit and seal. It had never been unhooked before. This was about 5-6 months ago, which means my faucet was right at or under a year old. I have been to every store, looked everywhere online, but I cannot find replacements in the size of the line. The seller’s store does not sell it. I can’t message them to inquire about it, and I can get no support for this product anymore. I’m at my wits end with it. I could get a gasket without a screen (it will not seal without a gasket), but I feel like the screened gasket is mandatory for this faucet. Because of the way it is built, you cannot detach and clean the screen from the spout, so stopping debris before it reaches the spout is ideal. This is the best faucet and look stunning on my vanity top. It doesn’t splash when turned on like my other one did. It’s taller than any other faucet I have had in a bathroom. I can fill things in the sink that I had to fill in the tub before. I am glad I purchased this particular one and will recommend it to anyone I know who needs to upgrade their bathroom faucet!
