I’ve gone through a lot of sports tape over the years, and this stuff is some of the best I’ve used, especially for the price. I use it mainly on my fingers and wrists, and occasionally to wrap bats. The grip is solid, and once it's on, it doesn’t slip or peel even when you get sweaty. Pros: it tears cleanly by hand, feels sturdy without being too stiff, and each roll lasts longer than I expected. Definitely strong and supportive enough for athletic use. A couple small cons: it can be a little tough to peel off after a long session, and once you stick it down, there’s not much room for adjustment, so get it right the first time. Also, it leaves a bit of sticky residue, but that’s expected with stronger tape. For some that may be a bad thing, but for me, I like it. Overall, very happy with the quality. This tape works great for Aerial hoop! It does roll up on the edges which sometimes can be a little hard on the hands. With that being said the adhesive is amazing! I have an outside rig and this hoop has been outside through many severe and surprise storms and I have not had to rewrap! Definitely ordering more colors! It comes with enough (5 rolls) to wrap my hoop twice or wrap each of my hoops (I have two in different sizes). Read more

This tape is not very strong. You can easily pull it apart by hand. It is nothing like hockey tape which is very strong and needs to be cut. Read more
I use this as a replacement for finger tape for jiu jitsu. I actually like this way better. Way more flexible, a lot more affordable and the adhesive is better than most finger tapes. Stays on 9+rounds consistently. Just be sure to cut it to a third of the width. Read more
